Okay, I’m doing the Depak/Oprah 21 day meditation. I’m a couple days behind, so today I was on “reconnecting with your bliss”–specifically the thing that brought you bliss in childhood–so that you can partake in that activity now. What brought me bliss as a kid was putting on a tutu and make-believe ballet dancing to classical music in the living room. I never got to take lessons. I’m not sure my time would be well spent doing that now. And I don’t think my body could handle it. What brings me bliss now is curling up on the sofa for a nap. How will that activity allow me to share my “gifts” with the world? Unless, by chance, there’s a shortage of people napping.
